Drive Like Casey
formed in April 2000.
Originally
starting life as 'Leon' the band changed their name in the summer of
2003, following the discovery of another Leon's out there!
The band have written
and performed their own material together from the beginning, with
Boulder joining in 2002 to provide extra back up to the bands
alternative rock sound.
The sound and lyrics are dark, brooding reflections of life; sometimes
introspective and occasionally humorous. The whole band have creative
input to their energetic and hard-hitting music.
Drive Like Casey
have
successfully played the live circuit in the Bedfordshire region for
the last three years. They have supported Battle of the Bands winners
Overeasy, chart toppers Longview, Jetplane Landing, The Ordinary Boys,
Bloc Party and Radio One favourites Franz Ferdinand, as well as their
own headlining gigs - having become regulars at several different
Bedfordshire venues.
