Hailing
from the deeper depths of alternative city where nothing sleeps and pop
music weeps, rock is the law in every free spirit. At Rock-out Central we
enter the stage where the daring and mysterious minds of 4-piece
alternative rock band Arconna are creating a stir in the crowd below,
breathing out music in rhythm to their souls.
Arconna are
a deep concoction of rock-based fusion producing a totally unique sound
that sets off a deep emotional reaction of atmospheric mystery and depth.
The sound that Arconna convey is the genius creation of Luke Danks
(Guitar/Vox), Peter Unwin (guitar), Steve Barrett (bass) and Chris Drury
(Drums).
Luke Danks
founder member of the band formed Arconna in 1999 in an effort to create
music for the open-minded. Since then the guys have devoted timeless
effort into producing a totally inimitable sound that will enchant the
mind, possess the brain and take you to a place where music is the inner
strength.
Live,
Arconna are like a chemical reaction of loud, dramatic musical overtone
that mixes into a distinctive energy of deeper meaning from each band
member. Arconna's musical influences stem from a handful of artists:
Nirvana, Pixies, Biffy Clyro, Radiohead to Chas and Dave, although the
main core of the music comes from within. Luke writes the lyrics for the
band and is deeply inspired by love, life and anything else that fits into
this emotionally powerful haven.
To date
Arconna have been busy recording their new single ‘Cover My Eyes’ recently
released and have already supported up and coming names like Serafin,
Queen Adreena, Biffy Clyro, Kid Galahad, Miss Black America, Four Star
Mary and more.
