Katoorah Jayne is "All the Rage" in Europe.
And now she's waiting for
Americans to discover her music. The diva of the Europena MP3 record
charts, Katoorah Jayne is actually a native of Colorado. Her CD is a
hit on
the continent, so KJ has moved back to the states to spread her musical
vision across the USA.
Along the way, Katoorah Jayne won MP3's "women in Rock" song
contest. Also,
her song "Just Another Day" is in a Christena Apllegate Hollywood
movie,
"The Brutal Truth", she was one of 12 female musiains featured
on the Fox
network's "Women in Rock" program, and her music has appeared
on
compilation discs with Tori Amos and the Crash Test Dummies"?

Katoorah Jayne's CD is "A fantastic album, fresh quirky and funky
enough to
dance to", says Power Play magazine (UK). Song Writer Monthly says,
"she
doesn't wear her heart on hr sleeve because it's tatooed on her bicep."
After spending a year in London and Cambridge, Katoorah Jayne is back
in
the states performing with her band. She brings with her four number
one
MP3 hits, and is being included on the current MP3 multi-media compilation
disc to be distributed to 250,000 people around the world. Her MP3
downloads and plays boast more than 100 thousand. Before moving to Europe,
Katoorah spent some time in Nashville honing her songwriting skills,
playing in rounds, and recording. She has played with or opened for
Josh
Joplin, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Moke, David Meade, Joe Walsh, The
Bodeans
and even Los Lobos. During the shoot of the music video, Daddy, Daddy
in
Hollywood, The LA kings invited her to sing (and sign!) the national
